Our Service - Objectives

To accept donations, borrow or raise funds or secure the repayment of money borrowed as the foundation may think fit by creating charge upon all or any of the assets of the foundation.

To apply for and utilize any monetary support from Government States or Central, Bankers, Companies, Firms or persons for the purpose of carrying on and developing all or any of the objects of the foundation.

To insure vehicles, equipments, buildings and other properties of the foundation against the risk of any loss or damage and also against the third party risk.

To promote Job Oriented Skill Training for Arts, Crafts, Dance, Music, Painting and Other useful Hobbies. Skill development and Production Centre for poor-Financially backward Communities.

To promote Rural Entrepreneurship Development, health, water availability and Sanitation.

To promote Education, Agriculture, Animal husbandry.

To promote Literary classes for students and other development activities in Rural and Urban Areas.

To, collects and provide information’s, Legal and personal aspects of children's and Women's Lives, help to solve children’s and women’s problems.

Slum Community development, support women and children in Slums.

Campaigns Against Child Labor issues.

To provides Short-Stay, Home Aid, Night Shelter for Street Children, Street Women and Aged People.

To organize Programs for Children, youth, men and Women, Also Aged peoples include Health, Vocational Training-Skill based and Income generation for their Better Lives.

To provide the Study Materials for Financially poor Students and Uneducated peoples.

Help Disadvantaged Communities improve their Life and Health.

Establish distribution network/outlets across the Country for marketing various products of the foundation.

Coordinate meetings of prominent personalities especially Yogis of various part of the country and to conduct seminars and speeches to reveal and share the best ancient practices.

To create revolving funds for achieving the objectives of the foundation by obtaining donations from the general public.

Borrow funds from banks or other regulated institutions or any other person in furtherance of the objects.

To engage employees or hire appropriate staff, workers, legal experts, consultants, other professionals, attorneys, managers and agents to look after various activities of the foundation and to pay their wages, salaries, stipends or fees etc.

To set up various committees to look after various divisions of the foundation.

To acquire other Trusts or Societies who are in similar ideologies and expand the operations with efficiency and effectiveness.

To do other things/acts/activities which are necessary and which may be incidental or conducive to for the fulfillment of the above aims and objects, for advancement of any other object/or objects that are legally charitable and of general public utility and shall not be limited or restricted to any particular religion community caste or creed.

to take on lease or otherwise arrange suitable infrastructure facilities to conduct coaching classes for the betterment of the people and the community at large.

To develop suitable infrastructure through public- private partnership.

To create awareness among people to assume responsibility and accountability to uphold noble values in life and thereby achieve the objective of the Foundation.

Provide a helping hand to the down trodden people to bring them to the main stream of the society.

Provide education and create awareness on how to value and use public spaces in a responsible manner.

To enter into suitable networking arrangements or joint initiatives with major Non Governmental Organizations across the globe for carrying out the objects of the foundation.

To carry on Information Technology enabled services to popularizethe value of education both in their personal and public life.

To organize lectures, seminars and workshops to help or strengthen the character building process and to disseminate information and knowledge, to edit, publish, and print literature and documents.

To accept or secure membership of any foundations or organizations having similar objects for networking and promoting techniques or mutuality and mutual assistance in respect of objectives or activities of the foundation viz. research, establishment, faculty development and training, accounting or other activities which may promote the principle of mutuality and mutual assistance amongst network members viz. Institutions, universities or other organizations in any other manner.

To improve promote health care, provide medical aid to the poor, provide water and sanitation facilities, thereby contributing to the development, capacity building, awareness, knowledge dissemination and research in this area and to take measures to help other nonprofit organizations for conservation of natural resources, waste management and promotion of energy efficient devices to ensure environmental sustainability, ecological balance, protection of flora and fauna, animal welfare, agro forestry, conservation of natural resources and maintaining quality of soil, air and water.

To raise funds, accept donations, grants, gifts, subscriptions, of cash and property, movable and immovable in furthering of the activities of the foundation.

To purchase, take on lease or in exchange or otherwise acquire or construct or improve any movable or immovable property or any right or privileges which the foundation may think necessary or convenient for pursuing its objects and in particular any land, building, easement, plant and machinery, computer software and hardware, licensed software, vehicles and accessories.

To enter into agreement or arrangement and/or collaboration with any person, firm or foundation in India or outside India for monetary participation, technical know-how or other services for the purpose of the Foundation that may seem conducive to the objects of the foundation or any of them and to obtain from any such government, authority, persons or foundation any rights, privileges, charters, contracts, licenses or concessions.

To apply for purchase or otherwise, acquire any project and renew in any part of the world any patents, patent rights, trade marks, designs, know-how, permits, brevets, invention, licenses, concessions and the like, conferring any.

exclusive or non-exclusive or limited right to their use, or any secret or other information as to any invention which may seem capable of being used for any of the purpose of the foundation, the acquisition of which may seem calculated directly to benefit the foundation and to use, exercise, develop, or grant licenses in respect of or otherwise turn to account the property, rights or information so acquired and to expend money to account the property, rights or information so acquired and to expend money in experimenting upon, testing any such patents , inventions or rights.

To establish and manage research institutions,workshops, training centers, promotion centers and such other conveniences necessary for pursuing its objects of the Foundation.

To make bye-laws for the conduct of the affairs of the foundation and amend them as necessary from time to time.

To acquire and undertake the whole or any part of the business, property and liabilities of any person, firm or foundation carrying on any business which the Foundation is authorized to carry.

To buy, sell, lease, develop, exchange, mortgage, dispose of or otherwise deal with the movable and immovable assets of the foundation or any part thereof upon such terms and conditions and for such consideration as the Foundation may think fit.

To pay for any properties, rights or privileges acquired by the foundation.

To enter into any agreements or arrangements with Government of India or with any State Government, Foreign Governments and similar authorities, that may seem conducive to the foundation’s objects or any of them and to obtain from any such Governments or authorities all rights, concessions and privileges which the foundation may think it desirable to obtain and to carry out, exercise and comply with any such arrangements rights, privileges and concessions as may be permitted by laws prevailing in India .

To provide for the welfare of employees or ex-employees and their families or the dependants of such persons, by building houses or by grants, pensions, allowances, contributions to provident funds and such other beneficial funds and trusts and subscribe money for charitable or benevolent objects or for any public, general or useful objects.

To create any reserve funds, or any other special fund for the improvement, expansion or maintenance of the foundation.

To establish and maintain any number of agencies, branches, divisions, and other places, to purse the objects of the Foundation.

To take or otherwise acquire and hold shares in any other foundation having objects similar to those of this foundation or carrying on any business capable of being conducted so as directly or indirectly to benefit the foundation

Pay all the costs, charges and expenses in connection with the promotion, formation, registration and establishment of the foundation and to remunerate any person or foundationfor services rendered in or about the formation or promotion of the foundation or the conduct of the objects of the foundation.

To adopt such means of making known the objects of the foundation as may seem expedient. To subscribe or contribute or otherwise support charitable, benevolent, religious, scientific, national, public or any other useful institutions, organization, objects or purpose.

To set and attain the objects of the foundation by united action which each member may not be able to accomplish in its separate capacity Providedfurther that the activities of the foundation shall be only in furtherance of the object ofgeneral public utility not involving the carrying on of any activity for profit. Provided that the foundation shall not support with its funds, or endeavor to impose on, or procureto be observed by its members or others, any regulation or restriction which, as an object of the foundation, would make it a trade union.
